Services

Design. Supply.
Fit. Finish.

Every job runs the same way: I design it with you, source it to your budget, build it personally, and hand it over finished. These are the four kinds of work I take on.

01

Bathrooms

The core of my work: complete bathrooms, from first sketch to the last bead of silicone.

Most of my year is spent building bathrooms, and it shows in the portfolio — green and brass schemes, industrial greys, marble and traditional styles. I handle the design with you, strip the room back to the brick where it needs it, and rebuild it properly: first-fix plumbing, boarding and tanking, tiling, electrics, and the finish.

Because one person carries the job from start to end, nothing gets lost between trades. The tile lines up with the niche; the niche lines up with the light.

What’s included

  • Design and layout, with fittings sourced to your budget
  • Full strip-out and first-fix plumbing and electrics
  • Tiling, wet-wall panelling and underfloor heating
  • Walk-in showers, freestanding baths, fitted furniture
  • Handover with everything sealed, tested and snag-free

Kitchens

Design, rip-out and refit — shaker to handleless, with the worktops, lighting and floors to match.

A kitchen refit is the most disruptive work most homes ever see, so I plan it tightly: the old room out, services moved, walls made good, and the new kitchen in — units, worktops, appliances, splashbacks, lighting and flooring, sequenced so you are without a sink for days, not weeks.

I fit kitchens in every style — sage shaker with quartz, charcoal handleless with brass, white gloss with slate. The common thread is the standard of the fit.

What’s included

  • Design and supply, or fit-only if you have a kitchen ordered
  • Rip-out, plastering, first-fix plumbing, gas and electrics
  • Unit and worktop installation, templated stone where specified
  • Splashbacks, lighting, flooring and decoration
  • Utility rooms and boot rooms to match

Full renovations

Whole rooms and whole floors — structural openings, garage conversions, and everything behind the walls.

Some jobs are bigger than one room: knocking two rooms into one, converting a garage, re-running a roofline, or taking a dated house back to brick and starting again. I run these end to end — structural work with the right calculations and building control, then first fix, plaster, and the finish.

You deal with me throughout, not a rotating cast of subcontractors.

What’s included

  • Structural openings with steels and building control sign-off
  • Garage and room conversions, insulated and warranted
  • Re-plastering, joinery, doors and trim throughout
  • Feature walls, media walls and bespoke storage
  • Exterior works: fascias, guttering, rooflines

Commercial fit-outs

Offices, studios and light commercial — partitioning, meeting pods and front-of-house joinery.

For commercial clients I build out studio and office space: stud partitioning, acoustic pods, kitchens and washrooms, and the front-of-house details that set a workspace apart — slatted timber walls, built-in aquariums, feature lighting.

I work around your trading hours and keep the site clean enough to walk a client through mid-job.

What’s included

  • Partitioning, pods and meeting rooms
  • Staff kitchens and accessible washrooms
  • Feature joinery and front-of-house finishes
  • Out-of-hours and phased working where needed
